Details: Purchased car from Morrie´s Cadillac and Saab towards end of January 2012. Dealer explained car was owned by an elderly couple that was rear ended and decided to trade it in for a newer car. The damage was the left side and the trunk lid and lights. I changed the damage doors and bought all the parts needed. I put in one of the rear lights as well as the trunk. Still need to put on left fender and right rear light. I´m asking for $3750 but will be open to negotiations. Car runs good and starts right away. Its a V6 and has everything power, including sunroof, front heated seats, dual climate control and CD player and everything fully functional. I kept the old doors still, if ever needed for extra parts (e.g window, buttons, speakers, etc...) and will throw that in as well if desired and as an extra perk. The car has a clean title. Details: 1991 Volvo 240 in great condition. This car spent its life in Arkansas until 2008 when I relocated to Minneapolis. It has NO rust or other problems associated with harsh winters. I bought this car from my cousin, he and I have taken wonderful care of it. Oil changes and regular maintenance its entire life. Has 190 k miles about--speedometer broke 3 years ago and reads 172 k. Automatic transmission, rear-wheel drive, great engine. Body is in great shape as well as the interior (zero holes in seats). Recent repairs include: brand new alternator and battery, new snow tires, and new exhaust system. All gauges and warning lights work accurately. I drove it to Arkansas over Christmas and it did great. I´ve kept all receipts of repairs since I´ve owned it. Some issues: the heater/air conditioner blower has stopped working. It can be fixed but the labor is expensive as it means going pretty deep into the console. Backseat right side door is jammed shut; it has worked before but again, like most things on this car, it can be fixed if time is spent on it. Driver-side window doesn´t roll down all the way as a result of fixing the door handle some years back, also can be fixed. The stereo with detachable face comes with the car but it needs to be cleaned (won´t play discs) and there is some wiring issue going on so the power doesn´t stay on. However, she runs great! I´ve inherited my grandmother´s car so this one has to go. This is such a cool car, great for someone who has the time to work on it and appreciates a heavy, solid, Swedish gem of a vehicle. Details: Purchased car from Morrie´s Cadillac and Saab towards end of January 2012. Dealer explained car was owned by an elderly couple that was rear ended and decided to trade it in for a newer car. The damage was the left side and the trunk lid and lights. I changed the damage doors and bought all the parts needed. I put in one of the rear lights as well as the trunk. Still need to put on left fender and right rear light. I´m asking for $3750 but will be open to negotiations. Car runs good and starts right away. Its a V6 and has everything power, including sunroof, front heated seats, dual climate control and CD player and everything fully functional. Details: 1991 Volvo 240 in great condition. This car spent its life in Arkansas until 2008 when I relocated to Minneapolis. It has NO rust or other problems associated with harsh winters. I bought this car from my cousin, he and I have taken wonderful care of it. Oil changes and regular maintenance its entire life. Has 190 k miles about--speedometer broke 3 years ago and reads 172 k. Automatic transmission, rear-wheel drive, great engine. Body is in great shape as well as the interior (zero holes in seats). Recent repairs include: brand new alternator and battery, new snow tires, and new exhaust system. All gauges and warning lights work accurately. I drove it to Arkansas over Christmas and it did great. I´ve kept all receipts of repairs since I´ve owned it. Some issues: the heater/air conditioner blower has stopped working. It can be fixed but the labor is expensive as it means going pretty deep into the console. Backseat right side door is jammed shut; it has worked before but again, like most things on this car, it can be fixed if time is spent on it. Driver-side window doesn´t roll down all the way as a result of fixing the door handle some years back, also can be fixed. The stereo with detachable face comes with the car but it needs to be cleaned (won´t play discs) and there is some wiring issue going on so the power doesn´t stay on. However, she runs great! I´ve inherited my grandmother´s car so this one has to go. This is such a cool car, great for someone who has the time to work on it and appreciates a heavy, solid, Swedish gem of a vehicle. The stereo with detachable face comes with the car but it needs to be cleaned (won´t play discs) and there is some wiring issue going on so the power doesn´t stay on. However, she runs great! I´ve inherited my grandmother´s car so this one has to go. This is such a cool car, great for someone who has the time to work on it and appreciates a heavy, solid, Swedish gem of a vehicle.
