I replaced the drivers side sun visor last month, they are known to droop after 10 years on this model, so now you´re good to go for another 10 years.There´s a cosmetic bump on front where it was backed into with a trailer hitch, it did no damage to the car other than cosmetically, very minor, as you can see in the picture below.Trade for station wagon or small pick-up truck welcome. The roof was able to partially open and stopped when the upper motors should engage. I have looked through the fuses and whatnot searching for a simple solution and have found none yet though the fix could be a $30 relay or at most a ~$250 motor. A diagnosis from a shop then finding the right pieces at a Pick-A-Part could be a weekend job and would vastly improve the value of this vehicle, something I planned to do but am too busy and this car is just too compact for me (I´m 6´ 10´ and can drive it comfortably, just not with a girlfriend and a dog and all of our crap). And now with need of a replacement vehicle and help paying tuition, I really need to find a serious buyer.Other issues with the car: Antenna doesn´t go up/down automatically, stock cd player only does radio/needs upgraded, has moderate wear on edge of drivers seat leather, some chips in paint/13 years of typical wear (one or two small dings). There is some sort of minor issue with the transmission. I have called a couple of people regarding the transmission. Daisy wagon they are really nice. and Larson´s, he does not work on new Volvo´s, but he is an awesome person and a great resource. They have all told me about $500 to $1000 to fix. I have never had any issues with the transmission. So I have not gone threw with the repair. The check engine light has been on since I bought the car. The guy who I bought it from was the original owner. A lawyer, who lived in issaquah, real chill, straight up dude. Either way its a great car. I changed the fluids about 4 weeks ago.
