This is the 94´ high output Turbo model made in Gothenburg, Sweden with winter mode (starts out in a higher gear to avoid wheel spin) and sport mode (gets to higher rpms) This was the quickest model with 222 horsepower (850 T5 power specs). Also does great on gas; half a tank took me to Virginia Beach comfortably using cruise control and to Connecticut averaging 32 mpg on the highway.Work done: Added a newer driver´s seat, newer rear speakers and 850 floormats, Volvo C70 17´ wheels on Pirelli tires, newer 850 taillights, brake pads all around, spark plugs & wires, distributor cap, K&N air filter, OEM volvo fuel pump, evap sensor relay, brake pedal switch, water pump/timing belt in 2010, serpentine belt, various vacuum hoses, and intercooler tubing, plus it has a Pioneer MP3 head unit with removable face. Details: I´ve owned this car for 6 years and have had very few problems with it. I drove it across the country a couple years ago in the summer time and it got me and all my things here wonderfully. The car hasn´t been used too much since I moved in the city so I´m deciding to try and sell it. There´s a few dings on the exterior due to 6 years of being parked on city streets, so I knocked the price down a couple hundred from blue book, but it really runs wonderfully. The other defect is that the radio antenna got snapped off, so there´s currently no radio in the car. This should be simple enough to fix though if it´s a big deal to you as it just needs a new antenna. The tires are relatively new, brakes are good ... I already got the expensive new timing belt and it just passed DC inspection about a month ago ... the only thing it needed was a new gas cap which I took care of. No major services should be needed for quite a while.It´s a great sized car for the city ... small enough to fit in tight parking spaces with plenty of cargo space when you put the back seat down. It´s also got power when you need it. The only collision the car has been in is when it was side swiped while parked about 5 years ago. The damage was to the exterior only and that was repaired.In case you want to get a vehicle history report, the VIN # is YV1VS2554YF569310. I also purchased a copy of the report back in October and would be happy to email it to you if you want to see it. Also have some additional photos including some of the interior that I´d be happy to share.I think the car´s a good value and is definitely a low-risk purchase. I would not be selling it ... but I take the subway to work now and just don´t use it enough to justify the monthly insurance rate. It will be a great find for someone looking to have a quality used car that´s going to be relatively maintenance free for the next couple years.The car´s in great shape right now ... just got the oil changed a month ago and the mechanic said there´s no work that needs to be done right now. This all wheel drive car is Ruby red metallic with tan leather interior and upgraded factory chrome 18´ wheels. The car has almost every option available and seats 7. Dealer installed tow package, Blind spot indication system (BLIS), Navigation, parking sensors and the optional Dynaudio premium sound system. Bluetooth hands free telephone system, wood interior accents and steering wheel. This is an amazing vehicle.I purchased this car as a Volvo certified vehicle in March 2010, it has the remainder of the certified warranty, it is good until December 2012 or 100,000 miles. Details: 1999 Volvo V70 Wagon (automatic), had for the last 3 years and drives well. 144,000 miles (bought it at 119,000). Minor scrapes and dings, had some electrical work done 2 years ago (a diagnostics recall that we were out of warranty for); Runs well, especially when driving around 70mph. No hard road trips, mostly in town and commuting from Stafford to DC once and a while. This was a pretty nice set up; All leather seats, heated front seats, AC/Heat, rear window/mirror defrosters, power seats, windows, locks, winter traction mode, all new tires (bought at SAM´s Club in 2010 and have warranty). I have kept up with all the filter and oil changes myself. A great and safe car for students, family (it has been our family car and fits car seats just fine with extra room in the back for strollers, groceries, etc) You can also fold down the back seats for more room. Gets about 24 MPG most of the time.Inspection until 4/2011 and passed emissions with no problem back in June 2011. Kelly Blue Book lists Good Condition as $3200 and fair for $2600.
